Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions stated in this document apply to all KartKonnectClients unless agreed in writing to the contrary. No other contract terms and conditions shall apply unless specifically agreed in writing between KartKonnect and the Client. In the event of any ambiguity between these terms and conditions and any terms agreed in writing between KartKonnect and the Client then the terms and conditions hereunder will apply. By using or accessing any part of the Service, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you must not use or access the Service. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to the terms of this Agreement.
Description of Service
KartKonnect provides Inventory and Order Management as a web service named KartKonnect (herein after referred as “Service” or “Services”). The Service is offered and provided subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Client shall connect to the Service using any Internet browser supported by the Service. The Client is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to access the service.
Modification of Terms of Service
KartKonnect reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time and the updated version will be published on our website at https://www.kartkonnect.com. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to this Terms of Service. You may terminate your use of the Services if the Terms are modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with use of the Services. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Restrictions on Use
During the project briefing, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details you may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of your requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if any discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus, it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
Once proposal has been finalized, any additions, changes or enhancements in the functionality or design of the project will affect the proposal and may incur additional cost and a revised delivery date. All additional work, over and above the estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will KartKonnect be liable for any delays caused by change in the project.
Any complexity related to specific deliverable, must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our Clients to disclose the full picture of their expectations. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements or expectations will not be KartKonnect’sresponsibilty.
The Client must recognize that at times there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process, particularly with reference to the integration of third party software. We will try our best to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. As long as it is within a reasonable period, the Client agrees not to penalize us for any genuine delay, when every effort to keep the project on the proposed schedule is taken.
KartKonnect takes no responsibility of any of the third party products, software or components used in the website development such as payment gateway, SSL certificates etc. We suggest you to take regular back-ups to avoid any disruptions.
KartKonnect offers packages in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.
Domain registration charges are not included as a part of the proposal unless mentioned otherwise.
Hosting charges are not included in the quotations unless mentioned otherwise. KartKonnect can organize an appropriate hosting solution if required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the Client.
Where Clients decide to organize their own hosting, we should be consulted before finalizing the type of hosting and database, as it should meet the requirements of the technology used for the development. Please note that we’ll require full access with hosting support for testing and deploying the application. KartKonnect will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by direct or indirect actions of the hosting company.
KartKonnect cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the Clients or any third party.
Termination of Service
Client may request to cancel our services before the start of the work. If No work has started, KartKonnect may refund 100% of the payment received. If a the work is already started KartKonnect will refund the remaining amount after deducting the number of hours spent multiplied by our standard billable rates of a minimum $100 (one hundred USD) per hour.
In the event of cancellation of the agreement without payment, KartKonnect reserves the right to pursue any of the following: (1) remove equipment, software, services or resources owned by the Company, (2) bring legal action against the Client for contractual breach or (3) remove any created websites, graphics, content, links, advertising and accounts.
SEO Terms and Conditions
KartKonnect accepts no responsibility or liability to the Client for the actual rankings achieved or how such rankings may vary over time. Search engines are known to change their algorithms and in such doing rankings and traffic may fluctuate.

We are keen to improve our high level of Client service and welcome any comments that you have, either complimentary or critical. If a project has not met its targets we would appreciate your feedback about what we can do to avoid the situation in future.
